| Description: | Aspartic Polyurea Resins Model NO F520 1. Introduction Solvent free resins with functional secondary amino groups, active for –NCO, competitive with Bayer Resin NO NH 1520. 2. Features 1 High solid content with low adherance，available for eco coatings(painting solid content can reach 100%) 2 Good fullness, leveling and high gloss 3 Paints performance: wheathering, water-proof, solvent- proof, chemical resistent, yellow resistance 4 Hardness（>2H）, wearing resistance（abrasion loss≤20mg（500r/750g） 5 ABS、PC、PVC etc, good adherance to plastic and metallic materials 6 Compatible with acrylic resins and CAB 3. Applications 1. As automotive paints materials to improve fullness, gloss, hardness and drying speed. 2. As high grade industrial paints,including wood paints, especially for request of high hardness and good wearing ressistnce. 3. For finishes of steel structure, oil transportation tubes, light anti- corrosion applications. 4. As paints materials for styrene foam finishes 5. As paints raw materials for fan blades, such as gel coating,putty and finishes. 6. 100% high solid content, with low adherance and good wetting property, F520 is usedin high density mill base（100% solid content, and titanium dioxide content 70%, good for carbon, and better blackness. 4.
